GameSquare (GAME) said Thursday that it has acquired Click Management for $8.5 million, with the purchase price potentially increasing to $11.5 million upon meeting certain targets.
The company said it expects Click to contribute $14.5 million of annualized pro-forma revenue to its topline in H2 2025. The company now expects pro forma revenue of $36.8 million for H2.
GameSquare said the acquisition will drive immediate cost and revenue synergies.
Under the purchase agreement, GameSquare said it will pay an initial $4.5 million in cash when the deal closes and another $4 million within 60 days of Dec. 31. Click can receive up to an additional $3 million by meeting financial performance targets, it said.
Shares of GameSquare were up 3.1% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
