Brazil's Vasta to delist shares from Nasdaq, Valor reportsSAO PAULO, Sept 15 (Reuters) - Brazilian education firm Vasta VSTA.O, owned by local group Cogna COGN3.SA, will delist its shares from the Nasdaq given their lack of liquidity, local newspaper Valor Economico reported on Monday, citing sources.
Valor said there is currently no date for the measure to take place.
