Codeifai (ASX:CDE) launched GS1 digital link functionality on its ConnectQR platform, boosting its transition into QR code solutions such as quantum-secured fiat and crypto payments, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The packaging and retail industry plans to start adopting 2D QR codes, and such codes with GS1 digital link connect products directly to point of sale systems and the web, providing data for retailers, regulators, and consumers.
The company was also accepted as an associate alliance partner of GS1 Australia.
Codeifai's shares tumbled plast 7% in recent Monday trade.
