OpenLearning (ASX:OLL) has entered into a five-year usage-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreement for a total minimum contracted SaaS fees of about AU$150,000 with Systems Plus College Foundation, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The agreement will utilize the company's artificial intelligence-powered learning management system and comes with the potential for additional revenue based on usage.
The company's shares fell 13% in recent Monday trade.
