Guangdong Gensho Logistics (SHA:603813) completed updating the business scope of its Hong Kong subsidiary, according to a Shanghai bourse disclosure on Saturday.
The Chinese transport company's shares fell over 1% at the close of Monday's trade.
Hong Kong Yuanshang Logistics' business scope was changed to "road cargo transportation, warehousing services, import and export trade of goods, and retail". Prior to the change, its scope was "cargo transportation agency, road cargo transportation, cargo warehousing services, loading and unloading handling".
The Hong Kong subsidiary received the updated business registration certificate.
