Far Eastern International Bank (TPE:2845) issued NT$2.4 billion of unsecured subordinated financial debentures, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The seven-year bonds, maturing Sept. 18, 2032, carry a fixed annual coupon of 2.35%, and were priced at par with a face value of NT$10 million each.
Proceeds will be used to boost the bank's BIS ratio and support long-term funding needs.
