Shanghai Xinnanyang Only Education & Technology (SHA:600661) plans to offload its entire holdings in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kensington Park School, for a consideration of 80,000 British pounds, according to a Wednesday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.
Kensington Park School operates an independent school in West London that offers GCSE and A-Level courses for students in Grades 7 to 13.
Kensington Park School will be sold to Hong Kong KS Education Group or its designated company, the Chinese education and training services provider said.
