Elbit Systems (ESLT) said Wednesday it has received a 12-month extension of its shelf prospectus filed in September 2023 from the Israel Securities Authority.
The shelf prospectus' term now ends on Sept. 27, 2026. Elbit said it has not yet made any decision regarding any securities offering pursuant to the prospectus.
