Nanning Department Store (SHA:600712) agreed to receive 39.4 million yuan to sell its land to the local government of China's Qinzhou City, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.
The land measuring 26,862.91 square meters is located in China's Qinzhou City.
The Chinese department store company's shares rose less than 2% at the close.
