Intelligent Protection Management (IPM) said Wednesday it has entered into a reseller agreement with AI platform MindsDB.
Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
The company said it also plans to integrate MindsDB's technology into its own operations for greater workflow efficiency.
Shares of Intelligent Protection jumped over 46% in recent pre-bell activity Wednesday.
