Tongyu Communication's (SHE:002792) newly-established subsidiary Guangdong Zhaoda Tongyu Investment completed industrial and commercial registration and obtained its business license, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The subsidiary has a registered capital of 10 million yuan, the filing said.
