Lepu Medical Technology Beijing (SHE:300003) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Han Hai Information, the legal operator of Meituan.com and Dianping.com.
Han Hai will serve as the distributor for the company's Yueyayan and Flora products in China, leveraging its online and offline platforms to boost brand presence, according to a filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the medical device and pharmaceuticals company were down 1% in recent trade.
