Genel says Kurdish oil pipeline deal needs straightforward tweaks

LONDON, Sept 23 (Reuters) - Genel Energy GENL.L could accept a plan under discussion with the Iraqi government and regional Kurdish authorities to restart oil exports via the Ceyhan pipeline with certain tweaks, it said on Tuesday.

"(Genel) believes that straightforward adjustments to currently proposed terms, and a payment plan for overdue receivables, would make the conditions for exports acceptable to the company," the London-listed group said.
