EPrint Group (HKG:1884) unit Yacht Easy International agreed to grant a HK$9 million loan to Absolute Marine, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The loan carries a 9.6% per annum interest rate and will fall due in 24 months, according to the printing solutions provider.
A charge registered in respect of a brand new HK$15.5 million pleasure yacht of the Absolute brand was pledged as security against the loan.
