Ryanair, Roche, BBVA: Global Stocks in Spotlight -- WSJ

Porsche (XE:P911): The German sports-car maker warned on profit for the fourth time this year and delayed the launch of new electric cars. Its stock skidded, as did shares of Volkswagen (XE:VOW3), which is Porsche's majority owner.

BBVA (BBVA, ES:BBVA): The Spanish bank sweetened its hostile takeover bid for Banco de Sabadell (ES:SAB), offering improved terms for its domestic rival. BBVA shares fell 2%, while Sabadell's declined 4%.

Roche (CH:ROG): The Swiss pharmaceutical company said its giredestrant drug met the main goals in a breast cancer late-stage trial. Shares rose over 2.5%.

Ryanair (IE:RYA, RYAAY): Four of Europe's biggest airports cancelled some flights following cyberattacks on Friday. European airline and travel stocks fell.
