Shanghai Aiyingshi (SHA:603214) proposed to acquire 30% of Hubei Yongyi Nursing Products for 19 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.
Yongyi Nursing Products is a hygiene products enterprise, which sells diapers, pads, and sanitary napkins under brands such as Anlaber. It is also the company's supplier for its Duoyou brand.
The stake will be bought from Shi Qiong, the company's chairman.
The Chinese maternal and baby products producer's shares rose over 2% during midday trade.
