Systematix Corporate to Invest Up To INR10 Million in Alternate Investment Fund; Shares Up 3%

Systematix Corporate Services (BOM:526506) has committed to an initial contribution of up to 100 million Indian rupees in one or more tranches as a sponsor in India SME Growth Fund - Series 2, an alternate investment fund (AIF), according to a BSE filing on Tuesday.

While the company will serve as the sponsor to the AIF, its wholly-owned subsidiary Systematix Wealth and Asset Services will act as an investment manager for it.

The company's shares were up over 3% in recent trade.
