Oriental Pearl (SHA:600637) plans to invest 244 million yuan in a partnership fund that will be established to acquire a stake in Super Fusion Digital Technology, according to a Shanghai bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
Zhengzhou Airport Advanced Computing Phase II Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) will have a total fund of 714.2 million yuan.
The Chinese media and entertainment company will own 34.2% of the fund as a limited partner.
The company is among seven investors that will establish and invest in the partnership.
Oriental Pearl's shares fell over 2% during morning trade.
