Bank of Guiyang (SHA:601997) plans to grant Guizhou Energy Group a comprehensive credit facility of 1.73 billion yuan, according to a Wednesday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.
The loan, which includes medium-term working capital loans and bank acceptance bills, is valid within five years after the board's approval.
Guizhou Energy is an affiliated company of Guizhou Wujiang Energy Investment, a major shareholder of the Chinese lender.
