Caissa Tosun Development (SHE:000796) directors approved subsidiary Beijing Xinhua Airport Catering's purchase of the entire stake in Qingdao Lufthansa Sky Chefs Food for 16 million yuan, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The stake is held by Hong Kong International Food Services, the filing said.
Qingdao Lufthansa is an airline caterer with a daily output of 100,000 passenger meals and a maximum capacity of 25 million meals yearly, the filing said.
Shares closed 6% higher on Thursday.
