European Pharmaceutical Stocks Fall On New Trump Tariffs -- Market Talk

0737 GMT - European pharmaceutical stocks fell in early trade after President Trump announced 100% tariffs on those companies that aren't building plants in the U.S. Swiss skincare company Galderma was the biggest faller, losing 3.55%, while Novo Nordisk shares are down 1.3%. AstraZeneca, Roche and Bayer shares were all down 0.2%. Tariffs are expected to start from Oct. 1.(ian.walker@wsj.com)
