Stocks to Watch: H.B. Fuller, Hertz, Spruce Power

H.B. Fuller logged a decline in quarterly revenue, and cut the higher end of its earnings range for the year. The stock was down 2% to $58 in after-hours trading Wednesday.

Hertz Global said its subsidiary plans to sell $250 million of exchangeable senior notes due in 2030 in a private offering. Shares rose 10% to $7.69 after hours.

Spruce Power announced a cost-cutting effort that includes laying off 19% of its workforce. Shares fell 4% to $1.63 after the bell.
