Beverly Wilshire (SGX:9QX) agreed to convert SG$60,000 in outstanding remuneration owed to an employee into company shares, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange

Shares of the company were up over 8% in Thursday trading.

Cheah Sin Hing's remuneration will be satisfied through the allotment and issuance of 5 million shares at an issue price of SG$0.012 per share.

Cheah Sin Hing is a doctor employed by the company's subsidiary, Beverly Wilshire Medical Center.
