Enigmatig (EGG) said Friday it signed a memorandum of understanding with TVA Capital that aims to help Asia-Pacific corporates and small and medium-sized enterprises deliver sustainable and long-term growth.
The collaboration combines Enigmatig's expertise in corporate services and regulatory processes with TVA Capital's local network and advisory track record in Thailand to pursue opportunities in corporate and financial advisory and M&A, Enigmatig said.
The MOU, which takes effect immediately, has an initial two-year term and can be renewed, the company said.
Enigmatig shares were up over 9% in recent early trading.
