Technology stocks were advancing pre-bell Friday, with the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) 0.2% higher and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) up 0.3%.
Concentrix (CNXC) shares were down more than 18% after the company posted a decline in fiscal Q3 non-GAAP earnings and lowered its guidance for fiscal 2025 non-GAAP earnings per share.
Baidu's (BIDU) Apollo Go unit is in discussions with governments in Australia and parts of Southeast Asia to weigh rolling out autonomous vehicles, Bloomberg reported, citing Halton Niu, general manager for the division's overseas business. Baidu shares were down more than 1% pre-bell.
Accenture (ACN) detailed its planned $865 million restructuring, which includes cutbacks of staff not sufficiently able to use artificial intelligence. Accenture stock was 0.1% higher premarket.
