NBTM New Materials (SHA:600114) subsidiary Shanghai Fuchi High-Tech obtained the real estate certificate for construction land use rights for a plot of land in Shanghai, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The plot of land has an area of 65,853.3 square meters and will be used for a factory, the filing said.
