Excel Cell Electronic (TPE:2483) said its unit, ECE (Suzhou), will be dissolved following a shareholder resolution.
The move came after the repossession of the unit's right to use state-owned land, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The company will handle dissolution and liquidation in line with relevant laws and regulations, the electronic connector manufacturer said.
