XTC New Energy Materials (SHA:688778) signed an agreement with advanced energy materials maker CNGR Advanced Material (SHE:300919) for the supply and sales of minerals, a Shanghai bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
Both parties will collaborate in supplying and marketing 115,000 tons of products until Sept. 30, 2028, which include 40,000 tons of cobalt tetroxide, 50,000 tons of ternary precursors, 15,000 tons of lithium carbonate or lithium phosphate, and 10,000 tons of recycling materials.
The Chinese cathode materials manufacturer's shares rose over 1% during Tuesday's morning trade.
