Goodman Property Trust (NZE:GMT) has settled the new Highbrook Fund to hold the NZ$2.1 billion Highbrook business park, according to a Tuesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.

The trust will own a 72% stake in the fund, a separate filing showed.
