Invictus Energy (ASX:IVZ) said that under its strategic alliance with Al Mansour Holdings, both firms mutually agreed to defer the placement under the AU$37.8 million shareholder subscription agreement to a new settlement date of on or before Dec. 1, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The deferment "aligns and synchronizes" with Al Mansour's strategic focus regarding investment in various sectors of the African economy, and allows for the conclusion of the Al Mansour Oil & Gas master joint venture alliance and shareholder agreement, including a governance framework as well as fiscal and funding metrics.
