China Conch Venture's (HKG:0586) executive director, Wang Xuesen, transferred nearly 1.9 million shares in the firm to his daughter as a gift, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The move comes about amid family property distribution arrangements.
Following the transaction, Wang will hold 317,918 shares in the environmental protection company.
