Outdoor Holding (POWW) said Wednesday it is relocating its corporate headquarters to Atlanta from Scottsdale, Arizona, effective immediately.
The move will help cut corporate overhead and control indirect costs, as the Scottsdale facility will be decommissioned.
The company said the relocation will lead to a "modest" headcount reduction, but no relocation expenses as remaining Arizona-based team members will shift to remote work.
