OpenLearning (ASX:OLL) secured a software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreement with the University of the Philippines Manila for the use of its learning management system, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The agreement covers a minimum of 10,000 students for an initial one-year term, with an annual fee set at a minimum of AU$30,000, the filing said.
The deal is effective Wednesday and can be renewed annually for up to five years, according to the filing.
Shares rose 4% in afternoon trade Friday.
