Investigator Resources (ASX:IVR) received commitments to raise AU$10 million through a two-tranche placement of shares at AU$0.042 apiece, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
In tranche one, 103.8 million new shares will be issued to raise about AU$4.4 million, while 134.3 million new shares will be issued in tranche two to raise about AU$5.6 million, subject to shareholder approval, the filing said.
Proceeds will be used to advance exploration programs at the Paris, Uno Morgans, and Curnamona projects in South Australia, per the filing.
Shares rose past 12% in afternoon trade Friday and earlier reached their highest since April 2023.
