Stocks to Watch: FlexShopper, Gulf Island Fabrication, Bentley Systems

FlexShopper said several of its board members and its operating chief are resigning after the company defaulted on a credit agreement. The stock plunged 36% to 36 cents in after-hours trading Wednesday.
Gulf Island Fabrication got a $35 million contract to help rebuild the Francis Scott Key bridge in Maryland. Shares rose 11% to $8.19 after the bell.
Bentley Systems joined the S&P MidCap 400. Shares advanced 5% to $54.99 on Wednesday evening.
