Value Convergence (HKG:0821) appointed Zhang Li as its chairman and an executive director, succeeding Fu Yiu Man, Peter, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Zhang previously served as the co-chairman of China First Capital Group (HKG:1269) from July 2023 to May 2024.
