Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank (SHA:601825) received approval from the Shanghai office of the National Administration of Financial Regulation to appoint Wang Ming as vice chairman and president, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.
Wang was appointed to the posts in May, the Chinese lender said.
