Haier Smart Home (HKG:6690, SHA:600690) repurchased H shares for HK$63.1 million, according to a Friday disclosure in the Shanghai bourse.
The Chinese home appliances manufacturer bought back 2,450,000 shares, representing 0.026% of the company's total share capital, for a price of between HK$24.76 and HK$27 per share.
The company's total share capital declined to 9,380,463,334 shares from 9,382,913,334 shares after the repurchased shares were cancelled.
The company's Shanghai shares rose less than 2% during the morning trade.
