RareX (ASX:REE) said metallurgical studies are underway at its Cummins Range project in Western Australia, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company also said it is in talks with companies specialising in conventional and unconventional separation of Mixed Rare Earth Carbonate.
Shares of the company rose past 7% on market close.
