Advanced Systems Automation (SGX:WJ9) was granted an extension of time by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory of Singapore to hold its annual general meeting by Oct. 28 and publish its annual return by Nov. 28.
Shares of the company surged over 20% in Thursday trading.
Earlier, the company had sought a further extension of time of up to Oct. 31 to have its AGM, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
