WA1 Resources Finds High-Grade Niobium Mineralization at Western Australia Project; Shares Near 1.5-Year High

WA1 Resources (ASX:WA1) found high-grade niobium mineralization during a recent drilling at its Luni Niobium Project in Western Australia, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The results were up to 20.3 meters at 2.5% niobium pentoxide and 14.8 meters at 2.2% niobium pentoxide.

The company has launched key pre-development siteworks while the ongoing resource definition is targeting an updated mineral resource estimate in 2026, the filing said.

The company's shares rose 4% in recent Thursday trade, earlier hitting their highest since May 2024.
