Mad Paws Holdings (ASX:MPA) has secured Australian Securities and Investments Commission approval to extend the deadline for holding its 2025 annual general meeting (AGM) to Feb. 28, 2026, from Nov. 28, allowing flexibility around its proposed acquisition by Rover Group, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The extension ensures the company can hold the AGM, if necessary, after the expected completion of the acquisition on Nov. 11, the filing said.
The company does not anticipate holding its AGM unless the scheme's implementation is delayed, the filing added.
