Advanced Systems Automation (SGX:WJ9) was served with an originating claim by ASTI, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Under the statement of claim, ASTI is demanding around SG$396,942 as payment of corporate services rendered between 2022 and 2024, around SG$8.3 million as an outstanding amount from a loan agreement of SG$10 million, along with interest.

ASTI is also demanding around SG$1.2 million under a SG$1 million loan agreement.

The company said that it will contest the alleged claims and will take all steps to protect its interests and those of its shareholders.
