Ever Glory United (SGX:ZKX) is looking to transfer to the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange from the Catalist Board and has submitted an application on Tuesday, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were up over 2% in Wednesday trading.
The shift from the Catalist to Mainboard is part of the group's strategy to enhance long-term value for shareholders and to reach out to a larger investor base, the filing said.
The proposed transfer is subject to approval from the SGX, meeting of listing requirements and shareholder approval.
