Southern Cross Gold Breaks Even in Fiscal Q1; Shares Hit 52-Week High

Southern Cross Gold (ASX:SX2) said it broke even in the fiscal first quarter ended Aug. 31 compared with a loss of CA$0.01 per share in the same quarter a year earlier.

The company said it has not earned any revenue as it is in the exploration stage of investigating and evaluating its unproven mineral interests.

Shares of the company rose 2% and earlier hit a 52-week high.
