Chinese miner Zangge's lithium unit resumes production after 87-day halt
BEIJING, Oct 13 (Reuters) - A lithium firm wholly owned by Chinese lithium producer Zangge Mining 000408.SZ resumed production on October 11 after being cleared by local authorities to do so, a stock exchange filing showed on Monday.
Zangge said in the filing that the 87-day production halt would have a "relatively small" impact on its annual results based on preliminary estimates.
The Qinghai province-based subsidiary had aimed to produce and sell 11,000 metric tons of lithium carbonate in 2025. It will calculate achievable output and adjust its annual plan accordingly, the filing said.
