Shenzhen Kedali to Set Up Hong Kong Subsidiary for HK$3 Million; Shares Down 6%

Shenzhen Kedali Industry (SHE:002850) plans to establish a subsidiary in Hong Kong for up to HK$3 million, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Saturday.

The lithium battery precision structural parts manufacturer's shares slumped 6% during Monday's afternoon trade.

The planned subsidiary will be named Kedali (Hong Kong) and import and export international goods and technologies.
