Cre8 Direct Ningbo's (SHE:300703) unit, Ningbo Chuangyuan Haina Technology, completed the registration for the land that will be used for the Ningbo Digital Cultural Industry Park Beilun Project, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.
The project will have an investment of 230 million yuan and will be constructed over three years.
The land is located in Daqi, Beilun District, China, and has a land use right of 3,342.74 square meters.
The land's usage is valid until May 27, 2061, the Chinese office supplies manufacturer said.
