SHS Attributable Loss Up 86% in H1

SHS' (SGX:566) attributable loss to equity holders widened 86% during the first half of the year to SG$2.0 million from SG$1.1 million a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Loss per share rose to SG$0.0032 compared with SG$0.0017 in the comparable period.

Revenue jumped 49% year over year to SG$48.5 million from SG$32.6 million, mainly due to higher contributions from the engineering & construction and commodities segments.
