SaverOne 2014 (SVRE) said Monday it signed a distribution agreement with car rental firm BSD Tree.
Under the agreement, BSD Tree will distribute SaverOne's driver-distraction safety system across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, expanding SaverOne's addressable market by almost 20 million vehicles, SaverOne said.
Financial details weren't provided.
The agreement is SaverOne's third distribution agreement in the US, the company said.
Shares of the company were up 2% in recent trading.
